The idea of an Ideal Buyer Personas or Avatars is that it gives you, the business owner, the chance to understand your ideal buyer, your ideal client.
When you know who your ideal client is, who your Avatar is, then you can communicate with them in a way which they understand.
By doing this you massively increase the chance of them engaging with you and you therefore increase the probability of them reading your messaging and it resonating with them.
When your marketing messages start to mean something to your Avatar then you are increasing the chances of them becoming a client – your revenue increases and your cost of sale decreases.
Decrease in the Cost of Sales
The decrease in the cost of sale is so important when growing your business, it puts the time and energy needed to understand your Avatar into context:
Less marketing messages need to be written and sent as the scatter gun approach is replaced with a targeted marketing approach.
Your CRM will reflect your Avatar and so you will be able to lead clients along your product staircase. Your CRM will underpin your business.
The time it takes to convert a prospect to a client will decrease as you send messages which resonate with them to a place where they are likely to see and read them.
