Do you know what your ideal buyer looks like? In order to understand our clients better, we often create personas, or Avatars. This gives us the chance to know and understand our ideal client. Client Avatars are one of the most important things every business should have, yet so many don’t.
When you know who your Avatar is, and understand the problems they face, you can communicate with them in a much more efficient way. This also means that you massively increase the chance of them engaging with you, because they become more likely to receive and relate to your messaging, and massively decrease the chance of them disengaging from you – so important with GDPR enforceable.
By showing how you understand the issues your ideal clients face, you can explain how your product or service helps to overcome those issues – once your marketing messages really begin to resonate with your Avatar, they are also more likely to convert into a client.
