One of the best things about Capsule is the constant development. Emma has benefitted from several upgrades, each of which has made doing business easier. ”The email integration is amazing. I can set up tasks and keep notes, all from my email screen. It saves so much time and effort.”
Emma estimates that Capsule has freed up around 40% of her working week. “I have a VA who now runs the admin side of my business but even this has been enhanced by Capsule as she’s also a user so we can both benefit from the visibility we need. In fact, she loved it so much she now runs her business with Capsule too!”
One of the major improvements Emma has experienced is the ability of Capsule to act as an extension of her own memory. “It’s the little details that it captures, which if forgotten, would affect the quality of service I could offer my clients and also mean things took me longer to complete. I have prompts built in to review things with existing clients and this has led to increased business as it stimulates conversations about their needs.”
