Some interesting new value add features have been released by the cloud based, small business CRM (Contact Relationship Management) tool CapsuleCRM.

• Feature 1 is the Improved Social Search

This popular feature scans the web and social networks and matches contacts in your CapsuleCRM account with their social profiles – helping you to better connect with your contacts.  Copies of your contacts’ tweets/updates etc will appear in their history on your CapsuleCRM even if you aren’t following them or they aren’t following you, giving you an all round picture – helping you connect and build relationships.

• Feature 2 is the Two-Factor Authentication 

This is the first of two features released to help CapsuleCRM users maximise security on your account.  Two-factor authentication helps protect your account even if someone has obtained or guessed your password,  This type of authentication is becoming common place and once enabled you will need to enter both your password and a one-time code generated by your mobile when logging in to CapsuleCRM.

• Feature 3 is the History of Recent Logins and log out of all other Browsers

The second of the features which will help users maximise security is the ability to see a list of all Logins; and to log out of all other Browsers.  To see this list and to log out of other Browsers go to My Preferences and then Password and Security.
