Understand how to grow your business and finish the 6 week course with the tools, techniques, systems and collateral to make your business flourish.
The 6 week course, delivered by interactive Webinar, will give you a thorough grounding of what you need to understand to grow your business, and as it is interactive we will go at the pace which is needed.
But don’t worry if the times don’t work for you – all sessions will be recorded and you can be in contact with me in between the sessions via email or Skype.
At the end of each week you will have an understanding of the importance of making sure all of these components are in place, how they help you grow your business and be able to create your own:
Week One: Vision and Goals (annual, quarterly and monthly goals) – why does a business need Vision and Goals, how do we create them and how do they actually tie in with everything else.
Week Two: Ideal Clients, Avatars and Product Staircase – why and how understanding your ideal client, and therefore your prospective client, enables you to convert more leads into sales, and encourage your existing clients along your product staircase.
Week Three: Contact Relationship Management (CRM) – keep on top your contacts, your pipeline and your client work in an efficient way saving you time, energy and money.
Week Four: Email campaigns: When you know who your ideal client is you can use your CRM to reach out to prospective clients and encourage them to come to your business to purchase your service. I will show you how to do this using the free email marketing tool – Mailchimp.
Week Five: Social Media – understand the difference and the importance of a presence on: LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook for Business. Learn how to drive traffic to your website by using social media and the free social media scheduling tool Hootsuite.
Week Six: bringing it all together, consolidating all the learning.
