How to segment your data so that you can dice and slice it in a way which is needed by your business. Making existing contacts ready to import. Ideas around deduping, enhancing and enriching your existing data before importing into CapsuleCRM.
Week 3: Creating your bespoke CRM – Opportunities and Cases
How can the cost and investment of time in the lead to sale process be reduced? What are Opportunities and how you can manage your pipeline in CapsuleCRM. How to increase the probability of converting a lead into a sale and to encourage clients along your product staircase.
What are Cases and how can you use them to deliver consistent client work. Cases can also be used to manage internal projects and events.
