The Support Package
Often a business owner encounters problems, issues and frustrations and doesn’t know who to turn to for support.
Maybe things aren’t going as you planned, or your systems aren’t working as you thought they would. Often where 2 or more systems are working together the dedicated support teams for each software package are unable to help as the part which isn’t working is outside their knowledge base. I support you and your whole system, not just one software package within the system.
In a monthly Skype meeting we can talk about challenges, issues, frustrations and successes which you are experiencing, and work through them together to find a solution that works for you and your business.
What, and How, do I Support?
I support:
- You, by helping you understand your mission and values and how they transfer into your business; your business planning skills, your organisation skills and productivity.
- Your Business‘s processes – I will show you how administration can be enjoyable, social media can be useful, your data kept clean and usable; your pipeline kept on top of; your client work consistently good; your images bespoke and your messaging on target.
The Support Package is also a great way of staying up to date with your software systems and social media as I frequently email hints and tips on tools and techniques which will help you grow your business. You will also learn what enhancements have been made to your software packages without having to spend hours trawling the internet and finding out for yourself as I will send relevant information to your inbox.
Who can take advantage of the Support Package?
I offer this package to business owners; businesses who I have set up on their own systems/packages; or businesses who I haven’t set up but use some, or all of the packages I offer training on, including:
CapsuleCRM, Xero, Hootsuite, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp including AutoResponder, GoTo Webinar, Canva and others.
Price:
Prices start from £75 per month and you will receive the following:
- Welcome meeting: an hour’s face to face or Skype meeting to discuss what packages you are using, how they work together and how you would like to make more of what you have got.
- Monthly dedicated time for you and/or your business via Skype: One or more * hours support, training or pre-agreed work.
- Unlimited email support.
- Export of your data from your CapsuleCRM on a regular basis, giving you peace of mind.
- A monthly hints and tips newsletter direct to your inbox.
- 10 % discount on the hourly rate for additional consultancy, training or support.
- Free Access to my training webinars.
The minimum term is 6 months, one month’s notice can be given by either side one month before the end of the 6 months and then at any time after the 6 months. However, if you stay on the Support Package for 12 months I will carry out a complimentary Data Health check and review as a “Thank you”.
